Jazeker, al een tijd in bezit. Het is een veelgenoemd fonds in lijn met andere biotechnologie pennystocks die het momentum mee hebben.

Hier 3 weken geleden ingestapt. Wat ik merk is dat deze partij druk bezig is met uitbreiden met daarbij een agressief, maar positief marketing beleid. Bijna elke dag is er weer een nieuwsbericht met een overname van een partner. Voelt erg goed vind ik persoonlijk.

De verwachting is dat volgende week de cijfers bekend worden gemaakt.

Ah nice, eindelijk een cinedigm forum!
Ik zit er ook in. Vanaf 0.80 en steeds wat bijgekocht.

Het is mi een financieel gezond bedrijf. De cijfers komen de 17e inderdaad. Verwacht daar nu nog niet zoveel van, ik verwacht meer van mooie deals/samenwerkingen. Dat drijft de prijs van het aandeel op. In de VS zijn ze in elk geval aardig positief.

Ik las trouwens dat er elatief weinig aandelen uit staan: 115 miljoen. Wat de prijs snel omhoog kan stuwen, klopt dat?

Key Financial Results:

Consolidated revenues were $10.0 million, with streaming channel revenues up 85% versus prior year quarter

Ad-supported streaming channel revenues increased 79% sequentially over the prior quarter and 150% over the prior year quarter.

Streaming digital content licensing and sales increased 34% year-over-year, driven by partners such as Amazon

Combined OTT Streaming and Digital revenues increased 58% versus prior year quarter and 36% sequentially over the prior quarter

Core Business (Base Distribution and OTT Streaming and Digital excluding corporate) Adjusted EBITDA for the three-month period ending December 31, 2020 increased $1.8 million to $1.3 million or 376% versus the three-month period ending December 31, 2019 and increased by $4.7 million or 138% versus the nine-month period ending December 31, 2019

Total debt was reduced by $25.7 million, or 51%, versus prior year, including conversion of $15 million of convertible notes to equity at $1.50 per share

Pre market ziet er niet goed uit. Er wordt niet voldaan aan de verwachtingen.

Loss per share een stuk hoger dan verwacht. 0.07 ipv 0.03.

Twijfel wat te doen. Iets te enthousiast bijgekocht waardoor ik nu op een GAK zit van 1,70.

Helaas kan je je dit bij bijna elk (9 van de 10) aandeel afvragen.
Pak maar een grafiek van MVIS, GEVO, BNGO, NNDM, FUBOTV, CASSAVA enz.

Het voordeel is dat dit patroon inderdaad bij meerdere aandelen te zien is. Het sentiment overheerst momenteel en het veranderd natuurlijk niks aan Cinedigm als bedrijf. Ze hebben genoeg toekomstperspectief.

Ik zou de US 10 year's yield in de gaten houden. Daar ligt momenteel het grootste probleem voor bijna alle aandelen.
