Ook aby en gala waren in hun eerste jaren onbekend en onbemind maar wel de beste momenten om in te stappen. komt wel.

Ja zo zie ik het dus ook Fly . Alleen bij GLPG me gek laten maken en toen veels te vroeg verkocht .

Beleggers stappen liever op hogere koersen in als de kudde het ontdekt heeft . Vreemde eigenschap , maar het is een feit .

De beste wensen Fly ! En ook anderen als ze hier meelezen .

Ik denk dat we wel eens gelijk kunnen gaan krijgen dat ArGEN-X en Ablynx de achterstand op GLPG kunnen gaan goed maken .

ArGEN-X is in dit rijtje nog echt goedkoop en on ontdekt door de grote hoop . Daar zal dit jaar verandering in gaan komen .

De stroom van nieuwsjes zal in 2016 aanhouden. Analistenlieveling Ablynx en het jongere arGEN-X zullen pronken met belangrijke evoluties in hun klinisch onderzoek.

Ook de beste wensen en weet niet of 2016 al het jaar van Argenx gaat worden maar de downside is wel beperkt. Ben ook benieuwd naar Aby maar hou daar een slecht onderbuik gevoel bij dat het MT door de jaren maar heen blijft verkopen. Maar als de eerste nanobody door FDA-EMA wordt goedgekeurd kan het heel hard gaan.

Dit aandeel is de on ontdekte stockpick van het jaar . En bijna geen analist die het op zijn lijstje heeft staan ( behalve KBC )
Het is de kunst dat je dit soort pareltjes als eerste ontdekt . Ik ben blij Fly dat je het hebt gepromoot als (1 van de ) eerste .

Initial results show the compound to be safe and well-tolerated across all doses in healthy volunteers.

“We are encouraged by the preliminary results of the Phase 1 single ascending dose study of ARGX-113 and the favorable safety and tolerability profile that was demonstrated under blinded conditions. We saw pharmacokinetic (PK) profiles across the dose ranges that were consistent with our expectations and additionally, promising pharmacodynamics (PD) effects relating to speed, depth and duration of IgG reduction, the PD marker for efficacy,” commented Tim Van Hauwermeiren, CEO of argenx. “These results confirm the potential of ARGX-113 to become a breakthrough therapy for the treatment of severe IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases. With the selected doses, we plan to initiate the multiple ascending dose study of the Phase 1 clinical trial.”

ARGX-113 is a novel approach to manage exacerbations of IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus as well as a wide range of severe autoimmune diseases, including orphan autoimmune diseases for which there are currently insufficient treatment options. In preclinical studies, ARGX-113 demonstrated high potency and rapid onset of action in autoantibody reduction.

About ARGX-113 Phase 1 study

The Phase 1 study, where 20 healthy volunteers were treated with escalating doses of ARGX-113, is a double-blind, placebo-controlled study. The objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ARGX-113 and to identify a potential dose for future Phase 2 studies. The topline results from the complete Phase 1 study are expected by mid 2016.

In feite een bericht van niks i.r.t. short term waarde ontwikkeling, maar aardig om te zien hoe "HOT" bio techs als Argen-X reageert of berichten van niks.
Morgen een correctie terug en daarna is kijken hoe de eerste handelsweek afsluit.
Voorlopig moeten we blijkbaar van de specialisten geloven dat het een "parkeerjaar" wordt.
Ik geloof er geen snars van.

EU beurzen gaan herstellen eerste semester dit jaar.

Ja natuurlijk is een goede fase 1 studie geen major breakthough maar voegt wel degelijk waarde toe aan bedrijf omdat je nu eenmaal deze stap moet maken qua veiligheid om de patient in te kunnen. Correctie van vandaag zijn een paar speculanten die weer snel winst nemen. Ach daar gaat het niet om. Een bedrijf van nu pakweg 140 Meuro dat een platform heeft dat naar de 2-5 of veel meer miljard kan in 5 jaar dat is het rendement waar ik voor ga. Had Gala ook ooit op 3 euro dus kan me niet echt boeien dit soort geneuzel.

Imposant "speculatieve LT bio tech's"als Argen-X dalen minder deze week , dan een dividend kanon als RD.

De nieuwe werkelijkheid ; Medicals gaan de LT rendementen van RD passeren ?
Het nieuwe "medisch goud" ?

Volatiel , maar potentieel schaars, appellerend aan de "hunkering naar langer gezonder leven", maakt Bio-tech's "mentaal", maar tevens fysiek nodig en daarmee stijgend.

De fase van RD's waardevastheid wordt bereikt bij het passeren van fase III.

Lange adem en stevige longen zijn nodig derhalve.

Koers is met zeer laag volume bijna 1 euro gezakt in 1 week tijd . Wie doet zo iets ?
Wie koopt er zo maar even 60000 stuks uit de laat op 10,66 ? Moet toch wel een partij met veel vertrouwen zijn . De koers is iig zeer makkelijk te beïnvloeden .

argenx announces € 16 M investment by US funds advised by subsidiaries of Federated Investors

Breda, the Netherlands / Ghent, Belgium – argenx (Euronext Brussels: ARGX), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on creating and developing differentiated therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of cancer and severe autoimmune diseases, today announced that funds advised by subsidiaries of Federated Investors, Inc. (USA) entered into a subscription agreement with argenx to purchase 1,480,420 shares at a price of € 10.79.

Following the completion of the transaction, funds advised by subsidiaries of Federated Investors, Inc. will hold 8.57% of the total issued capital of argenx. The subscription agreement is subject to customary conditions precedent including listing of the new shares on Euronext Brussels. The aim is to close the transaction in the coming days.

“The investment of this premier U.S. institution validates argenx’s track record since we went public in 2014. It strongly supports the company’s strategy to create a rich pipeline of highly differentiated antibodies,” said Tim Van Hauwermeiren, CEO of argenx. “We will use this capital to continue to advance our products in clinical development, which now includes three SIMPLE AntibodyTM products in cancer and severe auto-immune diseases. We are working towards the initiation of our first

Phase 2 clinical trial.”

Proceeds from the investment will be used by argenx for general corporate purposes and to:

advance the SIMPLE AntibodyTM products ARGX-110, ARGX-111 and ARGX-113 towards clinical proof of concept in T-cell lymphoma, MET amplified cancers and severe autoimmune diseases
initiate, advance and/or accelerate the preclinical development of other argenx programs.
ABN Amro will act as Listing Agent and Settlement Agent.
