Schließlich ist Nissan ProPILOT 2 Level 3 ein vollwertiges freihändiges adaptives Tempomatsystem, das das Fahrzeug lenkt und es dem Fahrer ermöglicht, die Hände vom Lenkrad zu nehmen. Dieser Modus ist nur auf HD-kartierten, getrennten Autobahnen verfügbar, von denen es in den Vereinigten Staaten ungefähr 220.000 Meilen gibt. Nissan verwendet die TomTom HD-Karten und weitere werden regelmäßig zum System hinzugefügt. In diesem Modus kann das Fahrzeug auch durch Autobahnkreuze fahren, wenn ein Ziel in der Navigation eingestellt ist. Es kann leider noch nicht die Spur wechseln, macht dem Fahrer aber Vorschläge. Dieser Modus wird dem Fahrer und den Passagieren mit blauen ProPILOT-Symbolen auf den Fahrerdisplays sowie blauen LED-Akzentlichtern im gesamten Fahrzeug angezeigt.

Auf den ländlichen Highways von Tennessee blieb ProPILOT 2 weitgehend im Level-2-Modus, bei dem es sich um eine praktische adaptive Geschwindigkeitsregelung und Lenkung handelt. Fortschritte werden in kleinen Schritten in Richtung einer mutigen Zukunft gemacht und ProPILOT 2 markiert einen bedeutenden Fortschritt des Teams von Nissan in Richtung einer vollständig autonomen, unfallfreien Zukunft, und das können wir alle feiern.

Ik heb de indruk dat de koers vandaag niet hoger mag en er iemand bij gebaat is de koers onder de 7,50 te houden, de koers wordt telkens weer teruggezet en een volume van 30k na 15min is tov voorgaande dagen bovengemiddeld.

De koers wordt telkens met paar stuks weer teruggezet op de bid

De koers doet mij een week voor de CMD vermoeden dat het niet erg druk zal worden op de CMD. Het lijkt me ook knap vermoeiend een hele dag de gebruikelijke luchtkastelen in het Engels van Goddijn en Titulaer te moeten aanhoren met de ervaring dat ze nooit uitkomen.

De demo die op de Bosch conference staat intellias.com/intellias-to-exhibit-at... is een EV met 'digital side view mirrors'. De Ariya is een EV, maar heeft niet die mirrors geloof ik. De nieuwe Ioniq 6 heeft die wel. Ik meende echter dat het om een SUV zou gaan. De Ariya is een SUV en de Ioniq 6 niet.

Nissan and its French partner Renault have said they are in talks about the future of their alliance that include consideration by the Japanese automaker of investing in a new Renault electric vehicle venture.

Renault shares rose by as much as 6% in early trading Monday, making the stock the best performer on France's benchmark CAC-40 equity index.

The talks between the two automakers, which could prompt the biggest reset in the alliance since the 2018 arrest of longtime executive Carlos Ghosn, have included consideration of Renault selling some of its stake in Nissan, two people with knowledge of the discussions said.

In a joint statement, Renault and Nissan said they were "engaged in trustful discussions around several initiatives" including a potential Nissan investment in the Renault EV venture and what they called "structural improvements" in the alliance.

Negotiations between the two sides are expected to continue ahead of a Nov. 8 Renault investor presentation, when the company is expected to update on its new EV unit.

Renault owns about 43% of Nissan, which in turn owns 15% of its French ally. The French state also owns 15% of Renault.

Any sale of a stake in Nissan to take Renault's holding to 15% — which at current market prices would be worth $3.8 billion — would not affect their continued cooperation, the source said.

Nissan may need to raise funds to buy the shares back from Renault, the source added.

The source said Mitsubishi Motors, another partner in the alliance between Renault and Nissan, was also considering taking a single-digit percent stake in Renault's EV unit.

At the beginning of the year, Nissan and Renault detailed plans to invest $26 billion over the next five years in electric car development.

Nissan is set to launch the Ariya crossover, its first EV since the pioneering Leaf, in the U.S. market in coming weeks. The launch of that vehicle was delayed by about a year because of shortages of semiconductors, Nissan has said.

Gesprekken nog bezig
Hoewel er op 15 november een evenement staat gepland in Tokio om de deal aan te kondigen, zijn de besprekingen nog gaande en zou een definitieve overeenkomst nog kunnen worden uitgesteld. Renault en Nissan wilden zelf geen commentaar geven over de onderhandelingen. Bestuurders van Mitsubishi Motors, de junior-partner van het samenwerkingsverband, zullen naar verluidt ook aanwezig zijn bij de bijeenkomst in Tokio.
Volgens het plan zal Renault zijn aandelenbelang in Nissan in de loop van de tijd terugbrengen tot 15 procent, van het huidige niveau van 43 procent. In ruil daarvoor zal Nissan 500 miljoen tot 750 miljoen dollar investeren in een belang van ongeveer 15 procent in de elektrische auto-activiteiten van Renault. Topman Luca de Meo van Renault wil het onderdeel dat elektrische voertuigen maakt namelijk afsplitsen van de tak die zich richt op auto's met benzine- en dieselmotoren.

Kosten voor opladen elektrische auto rijzen de pan uit

Door de hoge stroomtarieven is elektrisch rijden de afgelopen tijd flink duurder geworden.
Wat betekenen de gestegen stroomtarieven voor het opladen van je elektrische auto? Hoeveel kost elektrisch rijden nou echt per kilometer?

Bij de stroomtarieven die tot vorig jaar golden, was elektrisch rijden ronduit goedkoop. Gaan we uit van een tarief van 22 cent per kilowattuur (kWh) en een vrij stevig stroomverbruik van 20 kWh per 100 kilometer, dan kost het rijden met een EV je 4,4 cent per kilometer aan stroom. Vergelijk dat maar eens met een benzineauto, die zelfs met de nu ondenkbare benzineprijs van 1,50 per liter al 10 cent per kilometer aan brandstof kost.

Inmiddels zijn zowel de brandstofprijzen als de stroomprijzen sterk gestegen. Hoe zuur de prijs aan de pomp ook is, bij stroom loopt het helemaal de spuigaten uit. Volgens statistiekbureau CBS lag de prijs van energie in september maar liefst 200 procent hoger dan vorig jaar.

Wie nu een variabel contract heeft, betaalt voor stroom tussen de 60 en 70 cent per kWh. Uitgaande van 65 cent kost de elektrische auto met het genoemde verbruik ineens 13 cent per kilometer. Dat is grofweg hetzelfde als een benzineauto die met een gemiddelde pompprijs van euro 1,967 (CBS, vorige maand) 1 op 15 rijdt.

Dit voorbeeld is wel heel duur.

Aan de straat betaalde ik deze week voor 51 kWh EUR 15,30
Omgerekend is dat 30 cent per KwH.

Dus als je een energiecontract hebt (thuis) voor 65 cent dan zou ik voor de helft van de prijs lekker buiten laden.

Snelladen is wel duur geworden. Fastned: 83 cent. 30% korting als je een abbo hebt. Kom je op 58 cent + een abbo van 11,99.

In de verdere toekomst is met bidirectioneel laden de batterij van je auto de batterij van je huis en vice versa.

Verwachtingen CMD presentaties

Enterprise:
nieuw(e) product(en) waar de groei in moet zitten. Wordt eind dit jaar gelanceerd. Verkoopteams zijn ingericht. Enkele klanten weten er al van. Duurt vervolgens half jaar voordat het deels en omzet oplevert

Automotive
In elk geval een update over Indigo. Misschien ook een onthulling wie de eerste klant is en klant op podium of een Tier1 relatie op het podium. Verder een update van de automotive strategie in oa ADAS en EV. En een update van het orderboek. We zijn nu 10 maanden in 2023 dus niet volledig jaar. Schatting: 2 miljard aan orders.

Financiele presentatie:
Outlook FCF: 0% 2023, at least 5% 2024, at least 10% 2025
Automotive: operational revenue CAGR 15-20% voor komende jaren
Enterprise: nulgroei 2023 (krimp eerste jaarhelft en groei tweede jaarhelft) en na 2023 een 10% CAGR. Gecombineerde CAGR voor Automotive en Enterprise dus 15%
Consumer: komend jaar 75 mio omzet, daarin zit 25 mio aan content (maps en apps). De rest loopt er geleidelijk uit. Stoppen PND verkoop in 2024 of 2025. Misschien nog 1 flagship model via tomtom.com verkopen. En modellen voor trucks, motoren en voor het voormalig TT Telematics dat nu onderdeel is van Bridgestone.
