Mr Gunning said there are "16 large extension of time claims", which he said are worth around €800m.
Such claims, he said, are receiving a lot of attention and effort from the board.
"There's a very large degree of duplication and triplication of claims" in that cohort, he said.
There are five sets of proceedings in the High Court and there will likely be more, he added.
Mr Gunning said BAM might have won some claims in conciliation, but there is "a high bar" in the High Court and he is confident of the board's case.
Het enige positieve is dat de opleveringsdatum nu genoemd is op 30 sept dit jaar. En wat als het weer uitgesteld wordt?
