The Board of Directors of OIM plc announces the cancellation of the Zero Bond placement

OIM plc has not received sufficient subscriptions to successfully close the placement of an initial tranche of 12.5 million under the €50 million Zero Bond. Since OIM plc is of the opinion that the implementation of the company’s underlying business plan – including the roll-out of a financial platform for providing financial services to small and mid-cap companies as well as to investors in the Benelux - required a full subscription of the initial tranche of the Zero Bond, OIM plc has decided to cancel the Zero Bond placement.

As a result of this cancellation, the proposed investment in Today’s Beheer and Broker Holding BV, which was announced in our press release dated 15 February 2012, will not be completed either.

It is expected that the cancellation of the Zero Bond placement will have no negative effect on the company’s day-to-day business and that the existing activities of OIM plc (such as Fleischhauer, MySparta AG / Mad-Croc) will generate further growth.

Today's Beheer & Brokers Holding BV ("Today's") maakt bekend dat er geen overeenstemming is bereikt met het in België beursgenoteerde Oppertunity Investment Management ("OIM PLC") over de aankoop van een 29,5% belang in Today's Beheer & Broker Holding B.V. De eerder getekende intentieovereenkomst (LOI) is hiermee komen te vervallen.

OIM PLC heeft dus geen geld, kan nog niet eens 1.3 miljoen ophoesten voor een aandeel in Today's Brokers.

OIM plc’s investee company Fleischhauer signs LOI for very profitable take-over

The Board of Directors of Opportunity Investment Management (OIM) plc is pleased to announce that its main investee company, G. Fleischhauer Ingenieur-Büro GmbH & Co. KG (95.9%), signed a preliminary take-over contract.

This take-over will boost the activities in their fast growing department of security alert systems and will gain extra profits through synergies, starting this year. This strategic acquisition will enlarge the size of its total current operations with approximately € 5 million and will add a circle of well established clients with recurring business. In 2010 Fleischhauer realized a Turn-Over of € 40 million.

The take-over will be completed no later than May 31st 2012 and will have retroactive effect starting January 1st 2012.

The purchase price is agreed on € 4 million. Fleischhauer will finance the purchase price with existing bank facilities, or OIM plc will use a part of the proceeds of the bond issue. The operations are expected to contribute as of January 1st,, 2012 to the earnings of the Fleischhauer group and the earnings per share of OIM plc.

OIM plc will keep its shareholders and the total market informed.

Ha ha, weer een overeenkomst met Antonov. Ze komen hun beloften nooit na.

Niemand koopt of verkoopt dit spul, alleen de heer Ritskes handelt.. met zichzelf. Koers kan dus alle kanten op.

wie van hier heeft gisteren zijn 200K verkocht. gisteren een verkoop order van 200k die zat er blijkbaar ook stevig in; waarschijnlijk zal hij wel weten wat de komende dagen en weken gaat gebeuren

Hetzelfde bedrijf/kapstok heet nu OIM PLC.

Zero Bond geldactie is compleet mislukt.

Directie beraadt zich op wat nu..
