Change to ArcaVision/WebBook User Login Procedure

Beginning August 1st, 2006 the Arca Web Book will become a fee based offering.
The Web Book will be available to Non-Professional customers* for a fee of $10
per month and subscription processing will be available beginning on July 31st
through a secure credit card payment process. ArcaVision, at present, will
remain free of charge to current ArcaVision and WebBook subscribers, and can be
accessed at www.arcavision.com.

In preparation for this transition it is necessary to change your userID
selection for both Arca Web Book and ArcaVision. All userIDs will be changed to
the email address provided during the registration process. This will create a
more unique way to access these products and prevent the creation of multiple
login IDs.

Example: previous userID for John Smith – jsmith
Previous password – MyBook1

New userID for John Smith – john.smith@emailaddress.com
New password – MyBook1

We will be converting all WebBook and ArcaVision usernames over to the email
address of record TONIGHT (evening of Friday, July 7th). You will be sent an
email confirming your new username – your existing password will remain the
same. If for any reason you have created more than one account (using the same
email address), we will attempt to carry over the password from the more recent
account. If you still have problems logging in, please send an email to

Inloggen wil ik wel, maar het lukt op beide sites niet, dus dat schiet niet op.

FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2006--GTC Biotherapeutics, Inc. ("GTC", Nasdaq: GTCB) announced today that it has obtained agreements from new and existing institutional investors, including William Harris Investors, Inc., to purchase 12 million shares of GTC's common stock at a price of $1.38 per share, the closing bid price for the common stock immediately before entering into the binding agreements for the transaction. Under the terms of the financing, GTC will also issue 10-year warrants to purchase an aggregate of 7.8 million additional shares of GTC's common stock at an exercise price of $1.4145 per share. At the closing, investors in the financing will pay an additional purchase price equal to $0.125 for each share issuable upon exercise of the warrants. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on July 21, 2006, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The shares and warrants are being offered under a shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. C.E. Unterberg, Towbin served as lead placement agent for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC acted as co-agents for the transaction.

GTC estimates gross proceeds from the financing will be approximately $17.5 million. The net proceeds of the financing will be used for general corporate purposes.

voordeel oa bij huidige investeerders al, dat word dan wel een stabiele club.. plus relatief meer insitutuoneel owndership nu wanneer is er goedkeuring is
-> veel grotere kans dat ze de koers lekker omhoog zetten en houden

conclusie: hogere prijs had zijn voordelen mbt minder verwatering..
echter voorlopig nog geen geld in laatje en moest sowieso gebeuren dan valt voor dit scenario ook wat te zeggen...zeker als dat betekent dat na goedkeuring alleen de goednieuws show nog komt

Volgens mij is ARCA een betaalde site geworden en gebeurt er dus niets meer voordat je je opnieuw hebt aangemeld als lid (en je creditcardnummer hebt gegeven).

Volgens mij is ARCA een betaalde site geworden en gebeurt er dus niets meer voordat je je opnieuw hebt aangemeld als lid (en je creditcardnummer hebt gegeven).

Nee hoor, datasvr.tradearca.com/arcadataserver/... is nog steeds gratis, alleen moet je je nu aanmelden met je e-mail adres.
Als het niet lukt, moet je even een e-mail naar Arca sturen met vermelding van je e-mail adres waar je je mee hebt aangemeld toendertijd en dan krijg je een nieuw paswoord.
Nadeel is, dat ik sinds ik opnieuw ben aangemeld, wordt overspoeld met spam.
