Inderdaad.

De enige shortpartij die nog een shortpositie boven de 0,5 % heeft, Pictet Asset Management, heeft afgelopen woensdag ook weer wat afgebouwd, en wel van 1,25 naar 1,19 %.

Zou het kunnen dat doorgaans goed ingelichte professionele shorters kennelijk geen verdere daling verwachten ?

Natuurlijk wel. Een bedrijf dat je door en door kent. Ik geef de kleine particuliere belegger daarbij graag goede winstgevende beleggingsadviezen voor dit bedrijf. Soms maak ik een kleine uitzondering voor Novacyt, maar voor de rest mogen jullie het zelf doen.

En toch.......bij mij doet alles pijn.Had iets beter verhaal verwacht maar zit met de gedachte....nu weer de helft weg doen of meer?????
73 cent is toch helemaal niks voor een aandeel met winst en groei....vertragende groei in mijn beleving.Maar maandag begint weer een nieuwe kans op herstel zeg ik maar,had ik maar.

Toch opmerkelijk dat zovele inzien , althans dat schrijven ze hier, dat Pharming niets maar dan ook niets meer voorstelt of ooit heeft voorgesteld.

Ik vraag me dan ook af, welk belang de posters erbij hebben, als je toch niet ( meer ) in Pharming zit , om hier zo van achter je toetsenbordje je ongenoegen en waarschuwingen dag in, dag uit, week in week uit, jaar in jaar uit te herhalen.

Moet toch wel ergens een draadje niet geheel conform specs gekoppeld zijn.

Het zou kunnen.. maar nu er weer een grote shorter aan het afbouwen is zegt mij dat de kans dat we verder naar beneden gaan steeds kleiner begint te worden.

Hello and welcome to Pharming’s Full Year 2021 Results call. My name is Jordan and I’ll be coordinating your call today. [Operator Instructions] I’ll now going to hand over to Pharming CEO, Sijmen de Vries to begin. Sijmen, please go ahead.

Thank you very much, Jordan. Good morning and good afternoon and ladies and gentlemen. And Welcome to our full year results conference. I have here with our CFO, Jeroen Wakkerman and our

Chief Medical Officer, Anurag Relan. We will be taking you to a conference to a short presentation. Of course, there's questions-and-answers afterwards.

But before I do that, I would like to look to, take you -- to take a look at the next slide. With the forward looking statements as we will be making some forward-looking statements that are based on our current beliefs and assumptions and expectations. And those can obviously as change. So let's just move on to the next slide. And then there you see some pictures of us. And maybe we can move on to slide 4 there as well. So that and what are we? We are a well-funded business. And we are very happy, of course, that we are supported by a strong commercial sales operation in on both sides of the ocean of the Atlantic Ocean. And we have a growing pipeline for rare and ultra-rare diseases with unmet medical need and our lead product, as you have seen from the press release, record a $299 million of sales in 2021.

And we see that so we continue to see over the years that more doctors are prescribing RUCONEST. And it was again this case in 2021. And more patients are using RUCONEST. So there is definitely a positive underlying continuing trend in the use of RUCONEST. And then we are very excited because we're at this point in time for the second time in our company's history, the last time was in 2013, we are in possession of positive results from a pivotal trial for a new compound. So that means that we are looking to actually be able to within a year from now, subject of course, to approve products to go into the market with our second product, leniolisib for the treatment of another orphan disease APDS, which, of course, is a significant change for the company. Because last time we had this, the company was in dire straits, and we did not have the product in our own hands. Now we have this commercialization capabilities on both sides of the ocean, we have a very strong balance sheet. And we can actually have been already as you have seen from the results, investing seriously into the preparations for launch because we can do it ourselves now.

And the good news is when you have a commercialization operation already, the marginal cost of [Indiscernible] are significant or not nearly as significant as when you have to lose the first time. So we're very excited about this prospect and Anurag Relan, especially here we'll talk a lot more about leniolisib later in the presentation. We are in addition to that, we are able to because of our strong commercialization results and the continuation of that we're able to actually leverage in house expertise to drive further R&D, including continuing to hunt for additional in licensing opportunities that are around for late stage compounds. And also we're able to work on early stage compound for instance, OTL-105, which we in license from Orchard Therapeutics, a potentially curative gene therapy for hereditary angioedema, to which Anurag Relan will talk a little bit later as well.

So we're very pleased with both results and with where the company is and we think this is a historical moments for the company. As we turned into, we started turning into a different company that is not only relying on this one product, one market combination but is looking forward to build a business in the European side of the ocean as well. And how are we going to do that and then the next slide you see the three pillars here. The left one is the commercialization pillar, where of course not only RUCONEST will be continued to be rolled out in additional countries as you have seen earlier this year, but also where commercialization of APDS is important with leniolisib and then in the middle

, you see that importance, that important pillar here, where we look for near term expansion of the portfolio with rare ultra-rare diseases with in licensing or acquisition of late stage assets in rare or ultra-rare diseases. But also, of course, the development of C1 inhibitor in subsequent indications, but also PI3-kinase delta i.e. leniolisib has some interesting prospect of additional indications where the compound could be developed for because there was already a lot of research done by Novartis in research collaborations to look at additional indications for this compound.

So we believe that could be potentially more in the future for leniolisib as well. And then we have an interesting a genetic testing effort going on before identification of APDS patients and we're building gradually building up a database of genetic profiles of patients that have undergone this genetic test, where we can see patterns in other genetic mutations and other immune disease -- other primary immune diseases, which has not been properly diagnosed yet that can direct and that's the third pillar for the long-term business development efforts into the direction of new identification of new primary immune deficiency opportunities and direct our colleagues and business development to look for such assets or develop them ourselves in a very long term. And then you see on that pillar as well, the development of OTL-105, the ex vivo and potentially revolutionary hematopoietic stem cell gene therapy for hereditary angioedema. And last but not least, from our own platform, the alpha- glucosidase program for Pompe disease.

“één enkeling” waant zich beter den de rest. Op “eenzame” hoogte (flatje 10 hoog) wordt Pharming inkl de forumleden met de vloer gelijk gemaakt. En dit allemaal onder het mom van goede bedoelingen ?

Tsja, dat horen we al jaren. Als Pharming raak schiet.. Ze hebben al vaak geschoten maar nog nooit wat geraakt.
Siemie leest wat te veel voor uit zijn Fabeltjeskrant.
