Donderdag weer cijfers. Maar ja als ik kijk dat er in Q4 2023 opeens 3 mld door het putje gaat is het natuurlijk ook wel weer onzinnig om te kijken naar een per honderd miljoen in de plus. Zo rond de 21 of zo wil ik best wel weer positie innemen. Voor de rest kijk ik maar toe.

The Annual General Meeting (‘General Meeting’) of shareholders of ArcelorMittal held today in Luxembourg approved all resolutions by a strong majority.
78.47% of the voting rights were represented at the General Meeting. The results of the votes will be posted shortly on www.arcelormittal.com under ‘Investors – Equity investors – Shareholders events – AGM – Annual General Meeting of shareholders, 30 April 2024’ where the full documentation regarding the General Meeting is available.

In particular, the shareholders:

Approved the distribution of a dividend of US$0.50 per share;
Re-elected Mrs. Karyn Ovelmen and Mr. Clarissa Lins as directors of ArcelorMittal, for a term of three years each.

(ABM FN-Dow Jones) Aandeelhouders van ArcelorMittal hebben dinsdag tijdens de jaarvergadering van de staalreus hun goedkeuring gegeven aan alle agendapunten. Dit meldde ArcelorMittal dinsdag na afloop van de bijeenkomst.

De aandeelhouders keurden onder meer de distributie van een dividend over 2023 van 0,50 dollar per aandeel goed.

Karyn Ovelmen en Clarissa Lins werden tijdens de bijeenkomst voor een termijn van elk drie jaar herbenoemd tot bestuurders van ArcelorMittal.

The General Meeting acknowledges that a dividend of USD 0.50 (gross) per share will be paid in two equal
instalments on 12 June and on 4 December 2024.

To be able to implement share buyback programs going forward, the Company proposes to provide a new share
buyback authorisation valid until the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in 2027 (the “2027 AGM”)
or until the date of its renewal by a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders if such renewal date is prior to the
2027 AGM in such manner that the shares repurchased by the Company do not in any event exceed 10% of the Company’s
issued share capital at the date hereof (being 85,280,977 shares).

The purpose of the proposed resolution is mainly to be able to implement buyback program(s), and to a lesser
degree, to amongst other service existing commitments of the Company relating to its Long-Term Incentive Plan. The
Company my cancel treasury shares from time to time in accordance with the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors
by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 2 May 2023 (the “2023 EGM”).

bedankt voor de post 03 haR,
een tijdje terug viel me ook al zoiets op, en hier zie ik het weer. een netloss for the year usd 8,373,303,066,
ik herken dit niet zo 123 uit het jaarverslag van 2023, daarin kwam ik niet zo'n verlies tegen
kun je misschien uitleggen hoe dat zit
