??? So U.S. officials will be making policy based on what Trump “claims” was discussed in a convo? Other countries can give a false readout and there is no way to prove they are lying? *They* have a recording so when Trump lies they have leverage over him?

says she wouldn't be surprised if Attorney General William Barr and the President were "in cahoots" (onder 1 hoedje spelen) regarding Barr's comments about Trump's tweets.

I have no doubt that when the president tweets, he is causing problems for the Attorney General.

But he’s not making it harder for Barr to do the right thing,
he’s making it harder for him to get away with doing the wrong thing.

Fox News, Tucker Carlson, geeft Trump de opdracht om Stone Presidentieel Pardon te verlenen nog voordat Sone de gevangenis in gaat.

In de regel volgt Trump de adviezen van Fox News. 20 Februari (volgende week donderdag) zal de rechter de strafmaat bekend maken voor Roger Stone.

Nu is Jim Jordan Senator en heeft namens Trump de getuigen tegen Trump in de impeachment procedure.

De slachtoffers uit Ohio staan nu voor de rechtbank en dit zegt een persoon in de rechtszaak over Jim Jordan.

Hij probeerde mij te overtuigen de verklaring van mijn broer te ontkennen.

Barr en Trump zitten tot over hun oren in hetzelfde schuitje.

Het is samen : alles of niets,

Het is de vraag hoe sterk Barr in het zadel blijft zitten op het Ministerie van Justitie.
4 aanklagers van het Ministerie van Justitie, betrokken bij het proces tegen Roger Stone hebben, per onmiddellijk opgezegd.
En nu 39 aanklagers van het Ministerie van justitie een openlijke protest brief tegen het beleid van Barr.

Zonder deze mensen kan Barr ook niet veel meer uitvoeren. Hij kan niet alles zelf doen.

Ook is de vraag, of Donald Trump nog wel mentaal sterk genoeg is.
De impeachment procedure was een stress volle ervaring.
Er zijn 4 mensen in het Witte Huis bijgekomen.
Waarom is dat.
Daar is al genoeg speculatie over.

Lukt het Trump (eventueel met de steun van dochter Ivanka en schoonzoon Jared) samen met Barr ongeschonden de komende week(weken) door te komen ?

The Department of Justice is dropping its criminal investigation involving former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe without bringing charges, it announced on Friday.

McCabe’s attorneys received a letter from the US Attorney’s Office in DC on Friday announcing the declination.

“We write to inform you that, after careful consideration, the Government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe, arising from the referral” made by the Inspector General’s office to investigate his behavior, the DC US Attorney’s Office wrote. McCabe’s attorneys released the letter on Friday.
