Silver Queen Drill Hole 17S-01 completed

October 27, 2017 GREENWOOD, BRITISH COLUMBIA – New Nadina Explorations Limited (TSX VENTURE: NNA) reports completion of drilling the first target at it 100% owned Silver Queen property NEAR Owen lake, BC. Download News Release: 2017_Oct_27_-_2_NR_subsequent_IIROC_.pdf

Drill hole 17S-1 at Silver Queen has confirmed the high conductive geophysical anomaly (Jun 30, 2017 NR) contains sulfides. Drill hole 17S-01, drilled to a length of 816M, successfully intersected the conductive geophysical anomaly (blue) to the northwest of the Itsit Copper-Molybdenum-Gold porphyry. The single drill hole, as indicated in the figure below, has shown that the target consists of sulfides visually identified as bornite, sphalerite, galena, pyrargyrite. 108 Samples are expected to be completed and shipped for assaying within a week.

17s 01

Based on visual observations the Company believes an 261M interval from 555 to 816M (open to depth), including 132M where the above mentioned minerals have been recognized is of interest.

The structure of the core mineralization is an intense stockwork veining grid with sub-vertical sulfide (low silica) veins up to 1.5cm and down to 10 cm spacing. Pictures of the core will be posted on the Company website nadina.com when available.

Historically, this deep seated target has not been drilled, with one exception: a vertical hole drilled by Northgate in 1970, which tested the NG3 vein from approximately 115 to 136m and the area below. At 437m a 5 foot 7 inch un-named intercept with 24.6 oz/ton Ag, 0.08 % Cu, 12.2 % Pb, and 27.2% Zn has been reported (Process Report New Nadina Ltd. Feb 17/81). According to the report of the geophysical anomaly mentioned above, this intercept most likely represents a thin southern sliver of the target (blue), which is located approximately 400m SSW of the intercept reported above, which truncates the target on the northeastern side.

Additional drilling of this deposit can be expedited from closer sites, on Crown Land, located to the immediate North-Northeast, West, and Southwest of the target. The Company’s work permit allows up to 50 drill sites. The Company is requesting a four year (2013-2017) permit extension to compensate when no work was conducted due to the landowner opposition/obstruction hiatus.

Drill hole 17S-02 has commenced and will target both the high grade silver veins (intercepted in drill hole 12S-05 NR Jun 30, 2017) and the high chargeability, low resistivity anomaly, respectively. Within this target area, two holes are planned and, depending on duration and funding available, an additional hole is anticipated.

GEOLOGICAL UPDATE

Re-cognoscente geological work has shown that the Silver Queen vein system and the recently drilled target are located within a caldera, which formed during repetitive explosive eruptions producing pyroclastic volcanic (tuffs). The apparent ring structure of the ancient volcano plays an important role in the development of the Itsit porphyry system adjacent to the South of it by providing heat and metal bearing fluids. Pyroclastic flows of eruptive events, forming layers of tuff and ash, deposit at an angle of about 32-34 degrees on the flank of the volcano. In the case of high temperatures during deposition, it will form a welded tuff. Often, welded tuffs are located above an ash layer of a previous event cycle. Ash tuff layers, due to their high reactive particle surface, tend to turn into clay soon after deposition. In the case of the Itsit Porphyry, located outside of the caldera under the flank of the volcano, multiple welded tuff layers and underlain clay layer, latter formed from a previous ash tuff, capped the top of the porphyry. Therefore, the asymmetric shaped deposit formed by fluids due to the permeability (porphyry) and the lack of it (cap at a 32 degree angle), rather than by shearing it off by a thrust fault.

Dr. Mathias Westphal. P.Geo., a qualified person as defined under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this release.

PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING UPDATE (Jun 30, 2017 NR, Sept 26, 2017 NR)

The Company announces it will finalize and cancel the unsubscribed remainder of the 8 cent unit offering first announced June 30, 2017. At this date, the Company has 13,934,933 issued shares, 1,025,000 outstanding unexercised share Options and 1,287,500 outstanding unexercised warrants.

From the Northern Miner interview with Ellen...

"Clements says the company targeted the anomaly believing it could be the enigmatic source of all the metal-rich veins at surface.

“When the geophysicists were conducting their survey, they were charging up to shoot the line but the machine kept stalling … at the time, the operator thought there was either something wrong with the equipment, or the ground was so conductive it was sucking the juice out of the equipment. They said they’ve never seen that happen in B.C. before, only in Cobalt, Ontario. But now we know that it was the ground, and not the machine,” she says.

RE:area play stupidity
GGI released a picture of one section of the core for a $500 million market cap. NNA releases over 10 sections over a 200 meter length plus shows mineralization at the last meter of the hole to show it goes deeper. An we have 1/10th the market cap. Who is kidding who?

Ben in ieder geval ingestapt. Wordt typisch zo'n aandeel alles of niets.

De koers schiet omhoog omdat er verdraait weinig aandelen te koop zijn.

RE:End of hole looks good deeper down we go so amazing.
Not throwing shade at NNA. I'm a large holder since 1.25 and loving it!

I only bring you TAc because there is also money to be made in the satelites. I'm in NO WAY saying what NNA has TAC has. TAC hasn't even done IP or sampling. It's just a leverage play on the area. Anyhow, I thought I would share my thoughts on the play and the area. Please don't attack me for posting this because I really am a large shareholder of both companies now and I'm merely sharing information.

Other area plays-TAC-NNA Math
When GGI went from pennies to 5 dollars MTS was at .15 and dead with 30 million shares outstanding . It ran to 2.50 in a hurry and is still up there. (70 million market cap)

To the other side of the area play of GGI there was ESK. They do zero promotion. They ran to .38 and have 150 million shares out (55 million market cap)

Let's now do the NNA-TAC math-

NNA has gone from .15 to 3.50 and likely heading to 5 plus in a hurry. Could even see 10-15 dollars in mere weeks (if assays are as good as everyone hopes)

There is ONE area player. TAC. TAC has 22 million shares out (approximately). At .25 that's a market cap of 5.5 million!

Think we are going up? You do the math

I won't even get into the fact that when Diamond Fields hit a huge discovery the closest area players traded in the 5-20 dollar range. Ditto for Bre-X (did I just say that?) . What I'm getting at is that the area play is often a bigger percentage winner once the main discovery company has had its initial big run.

NNA-Let's say it ran to 20 dollars a share. The assays are dynamite. That's 600 per cent. If NNA ran to 20 dollars I would imagne TAC would be 3 dollars. That is a 1200% win

IF the NNA assays are a bust we know NNA will crater to .25 losing a whopping 95% of its value. That's the cold hard truth. They have no other assets in other areas. The company was built on this theory and so far so good! BUT, there is a risk that assays don't come through with the numbers everyone had dreamed of. . TAC may drop in half at best from here if the assays are dusters. They have other assets not tied to this area. So if you do the math on the risk/reward there is argument tha TAC is less risk and higher reward from here.

Of course they are not the ones with the discovery. I'm not stupid ;-).

I won't sell either until the lab comes back with the results! Good luck to everyone. It stinks to go into a long weekend having such a great week. I've never wanted a shorter weekend than I do now. Bring on Tuesday!

Cheers.

New Nadina makes potential discovery at Silver Queen in BC
Polymetallic mineralization at the end of hole at New Nadina's Silver Queen property in west-central B.C. Credit: New Nadina Explorations.

Posted By: Lesley Stokes November 10, 2017

VANCOUVER — New Nadina Explorations (TSXV: NNA) is the latest contender to join the ranks of junior explorers with surging market valuations such as Novo Resources (TSXV: NVO; USOTC: NSRPF), Metallis Resources (TSXV: MTS) and Garibaldi Resources (TSXV: GGI; US-OTC: GGIFF).

Shares of New Nadina skyrocketed 1,600% to a peak of $2.25 after the company announced a 132-metre intercept of “high-grade core” containing bornite, sphalerite, galena and pyrargyrite — also known as ruby silver — while drilling at the company’s Silver Queen polymetallic property, 36 km south of Houston, west-central British Columbia.

The announcement on Oct. 25 was corrected two days later, at the request of the self-regulatory organization IIROC, with reference of “high-grade sulphides” removed from the text, as assays for the hole are still pending.

Mineralization occurs as a stockwork of sub-vertical, low-silica veins up to 1.5 cm in thickness and spaced at 10 cm intervals from 663 to 795 metres depth. Based on visual observations, the company said the area of “interest” continues to the end of hole depth of 816 metres. Core photos are available on the company’s website here.

Ellen Clements, the company’s president and CEO, tells The Northern Miner during a phone interview that she couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.

“We took a long shot, drilled a wildcat hole right off the bat, and we hit it,” Clements says with enthusiasm. “I knew it was a high-risk hole, but I had to get it out of my system because I had such a gut ache over it. It was a now-or-never sort of moment — I would’ve paid for the hole myself if I had to.”

The hole was targeting a deep conductive anomaly — called the Blue Zone — located east of the property’s No. 3 vein, one of the 22 epithermal zinc-silver-gold-lead veins that cut across the 70.5 sq. km. property. The vein system, called the Wrinch, saw intermittent, underground production dating back to 1912, according to a B.C. Minfile.

Clements says the company targeted the anomaly believing it could be the enigmatic source of all the metal-rich veins at surface.

(The Cobalt district in Ontario produced 442 million oz. silver between 1903 and 1966, making it one of the largest silver producing areas in the world, only exceeded by Potosi in Bolivia, and Butte in Montana, and greater than Guanajuato in Mexico.)

“There are veins all over the place at Silver Queen, and they must’ve leaked out of something at depth,” she says. “We found a porphyry in 2011, but we know it’s not the source. The porphyry is crosscut by these high-grade silver veins that came much later — one of them ran 5.5 metres of 1,581 grams silver per tonne and 3.15 grams gold per tonne.”

Clements says the deep geophysical target was missed by previous explorers, with one exception: a hole drilled by Northgate in 1970, which hit 1.7 metres of 769 grams silver, 12.2% lead and 27.2% zinc at 437 metres depth.

The hole is interpreted to have intercepted a thin sliver of the anomaly, 400 metres southwest of New Nadina’s current drilling.

“It’s quite a ways away, but it looks like it’s at the right depth and has the same quality of mineralization,” she adds.

New Nadina is currently drilling its third and final hole on the target, after which the company will pursue financing and make plans for further drilling in the new year.

Clements noted that getting access to the property has been a problem in recent years due to opposition from a local rancher. This private owner purchased the land over New Nadina’s Crown-granted mineral claims in 2001 and 2009, and inhibited the company’s access since 2012.

In May, New Nadina received the right-of-entry order from the Surface Rights Board of British Columbia, which allowed the company to drill, provided it does so with minimal disturbance.

“We’re limited on the number of holes we can drill right now, but it’s no problem, we can drill it from the north on Crown land,” she says. “All we have to do is drill enough holes from surface to warrant going underground.”

Clements, an accountant and avid prospector, replaced her husband, George Stewart, as New Nadina’s president and CEO after his sudden passing in 2005.

She says that Stewart had a long history at Silver Queen, having worked there with Kennco in the late 1960s, and was passionate about exploring for any deeply-buried source of metals found at surface.

So when Clements took helm of the company in 2006 she visited Bill McCrae, a former president of New Nadina, for advice on what to do.

“Bill said to me, ‘You don’t need to do it. You should just find yourself a boyfriend, go off into the sunset, and enjoy your life,” she says. “But what I heard was, ‘a lot of smart people have looked at this property, how are you going to find anything they couldn’t?”

But within 10 minutes she made up her mind: she was up for the challenge.

“The Silver Queen is a female, and you gotta think like a female to figure out where her treasures are because she hid them really well,” she says. “When I looked through all the reports and what was done, all the good people that should’ve found it had lost focus at some point. So every day I reminded myself to stay focused and let faith help me.

“There’s been a lot of laughter, tears, consoling and condolences about George not being here to witness this. This has been a long haul for all of us. We have some very loyal shareholders and I just want the best for them.”

Shares of New Nadina have traded in a 52-week range of 8¢ to $2.25, and closed at $1.75 at press time. The company has 13.93 million shares outstanding for a $24-million market capitalization.
