Nou, je kunt een verslag lezen via de vernieuwde site van Generex.
Enkele highlights:
-Generex is well positioned to achieve many successes for its stockholders.
-Op 8 juni AV: voorstel voor reverse split(dit is waarschijnlijk de reden van de koersdaling op dit moment. Daarmee is dat nieuws verwerkt. Vandaar dat ik dit een goedkoop moment (of een goed koopmoment)noem.
verhouding r.s. nog niet bekend. Maar 1:10 lijkt me wel waarschijnlijk.
-Spin-out Antigen Express met constructie voor ah's die me nog niet helemaal duidelijk is.

Who disagree with me: spin out Antigene!!!!!!!!! I posted that GNBT is going to spin out Antigene to support its Oral lyn. Many you guys disagree with me, saw AE37 has huge potention. But you never think about when you have no enough money, you have to know what is "give up"! That is GNBT's case.

But I think it is not too bad, you are going to get divident . Appraisal see $300M for AE37 along, if you add other products, Antigene probably can make $200M.

Let see if GNBT still like to hold 50% of Antigene, so GNBT could receive $100M, take $50M for oral lyn or GMD, still has $50M for divident, 50/290=0.1725. You are going to receive $0.1725 divident per share!!!

A $0.25 per share stock receive $0.1725 divident!!! MGD, where you are going to find such good deal.

Sven,
Er zit in het verhaal van deze Amerikaanse poster nogal wat eigen invulling. Die 50% is m.i. nergens genoemd. Maar het zal wellicht een hoog dividend zijn, mogelijk om de ah's mee te krijgen voor die r.s. op de ah-vergadering op 8 juni.
Het lijkt erop dat men geld wil binnenhalen door de spin out en wel inziet dat met deze koers bij ah's weinig te halen valt. En dan daarmee aandeelhouderswaarde wil creeren. Maar hoe zit het met Oral lyn? Dat moet toch ook na goedkeuring geld in het laadje brengen? Wellicht dat daarvoor toch nog veel geld nodig is (marketing e.d.), voordat het geld op kan leveren.
Zon r.s. hoeft overigens niet verkeerd te zijn. Het aandeel wordt minder speelbal en beter verhandelbaar. Zie bijv. ook Insmd na de r.s.

Man man man wat een drama van een aandeel,van al het positieve dat geschept werd blijft er niks van over!!
Geen partner geen nieuws over oral-lyn alle focus richt zich nu op AE37 en wel hierom oral-lyn is een luchtballon die nergens ter wereld zijn nut heeft bewezen waar zijn de verkoopcijfers over India enz.
Gluskin werd opzijgezet omdat ze wisten dat het nooit op de markt ging komen managment nul,nul ren nu je er nog uitkunt al vraag ik mij af of je bij deze koersen nog moet verkopen!!

First of all they are in the specialized biotech field and their products whether listed on the big exchange, over the counter, or private should not have a material impact on the business. Their product speaks for itself and this is what will bring people interesting in the company. That’s why you find so many biotech on OTC.

The second part is the reverse split which I rarely ever seen work to increased stock appreciation. It normally has a tendency to dilute it. For example if GNBT does a ten for one reverse split at $.20, the share theoretically would be at $2.00. After reverse splits, stock normally drop another 10-20%.

One of reason I purchased a lot more of the stock is that GNBT was not relaying on one products, it had several products that made it a good candidate to invested and now they want to dilute that.

As for setting Antigen up as a separate entity and then to list that on the national stock exchanges tells me that there a lot more interest in immunotherapeutic vaccine technologies. I believe they want to really dilute the current stockholders interest and then list it separately and have new shareholders getting all the appreciation. With them trying to do it this way I think the current shareholders are going to be taken to the cleaners. They want to cherry pick they’re products and when it all falls out I’ll bet the current shareholders will be on the short side.

The good part is I wondering how many offers they turned down of interested parties in purchasing GNBT. It gives me the feeling that that have interested parties who are more concern with Antigen side of business and trying to carve that out for that piece to maximize their investment and the hack with current shareholders They will give current holders some crumbs in split off to keep them happy. . The way I figure if people want to invest, they should invest in the whole company and not try to cherry pick. After all GNBT market cap is not that big. I figure that could probably sell the company for at least $3.00 -$5.00/ per share, but want to make a hell of a lot more because their average stock cost per share is considerably more.

mogelijkheden voor positieve berichtgeving:
a) nieuws in de aanloop naar 8 juni(avva met r.s.-voorstel)te beginnen met
b) morgen presentatie met goed nieuws op retailinvestorconference.

De pb's van gisteren en eergisteren maken blijkbaar (nog) niet veel indruk.

We zijn weer terug in de 0,13 range, dus terug bij af.
Koers wordt m.i. opzettelijk weer teruggezet met grote aantallen in de laat en het werken met soms honderdste centen na de grote stijging met meer dan 80%.
Er was toch zeer goed nieuws. Ik hoopte op een koersstijging over de $1 zodat RS achterwege kan blijven om weer met de Nasdaq te kunnen meedoen.
Het is werkelijk om moedeloos van te worden. Wie of wat zit daarachter ??
Zeker als je denkt voor 0,21 redelijk te hebben bijgekocht na de forse stijging tot 0,25.
Wie begrijpt er nog iets van ? Ik niet meer. Moet toch niet gekker worden.
Denk overigens niet aan verkopen voorlopig.
