Blijkt een behoorlijke beerput dus het valt nog mee. Verkocht op 0,48 een maandje terug... Erg ondoorzichtige dealings, dus beter afblijven imo

Greenland Minerals poised to move on Kvanefjeld rare earths plan

GREENLAND Minerals and Energy soared more than 75 per cent today after the Greenland government made a key regulatory change.

The Perth-based company welcomed news that Greenland’s government had amended the standard terms for exploration licences, which will allow it to develop its flagship Kvanefjeld project for its rare earth elements, uranium and zinc.

Greenland Minerals said it can now commit to definitive feasibility studies in 2011, as planned, after the decades-old ban on uranium mining was essentially lifted.

The news saw Greenland soar 75.34 per cent to 64 cents by early afternoon - making it the biggest winner on the stock exchange.

GGG zal nooit een mijn worden, dit is totaal uitgesloten gezien het totaal gebrek aan alles op Groenland en de menging met uranium.

Over ca 5 jaar zijn er elders zoveel nieuwe REE-mijnen dat de prijzen weer gaan kelderen.

Als er maar genoeg domme mensen zijn kan de koers nog best wat hoger, maar dat heeft niks met het bedrijf te maken.

Shares in Greenland Minerals and Energy Ltd jumped after it became the first company to receive permitting for the evaluation of a project in Greenland that includes uranium.

The company's shares closed up 22 cents, or 26.35 per cent, at $1.055.

Kvanefjeld, near the southern tip of Greenland, is believed to contain one of the world's largest resources of rare earth elements and also some uranium and zinc.

The Perth-based company's shares went on a rollercoaster ride in September when the Greenland government said it retained a longstanding ban on uranium mining, but days later amended the terms for exploration licenses to include radioactive elements.

The company on Tuesday said it would close out the current pre-feasibility study for Kvanefjeld with a final report slated for release in the March quarter next year.

It will then start a definitive feasibility study that is expected to be complete in the latter half of calendar 2012.

"This project has captured the Greenlandic attention due to its scale and its commodity mix," managing director Roderick McIllree said in a statement.

"Kvanefjeld can now enter the next phase in the path to development."

Het lijkt erop dat GGG doorkrijgt dat het project op Groenland niks zal worden en dat GGG alternatieve projecten nodig heeft om te overleven.

Greenland Minerals Gains Full Control of World's Largest Rare Earth Project

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 14, 2011) - Greenland Minerals gains full control of world's largest rare earth project.

Greenland Minerals and Energy Limited (ASX:GGG) ("GMEL" or "the Company") has finalized an agreement with Westrip Holdings ("Westrip") and Rimbal Pty Ltd ("Rimbal") to acquire the outstanding 39% of the exploration license (EL 2010/02) over the northern Ilimaussaq Complex in Greenland that contains the Kvanefjeld multi-element deposit (rare earth elements, uranium, zinc) and nearby satellite deposits; namely Zones 2 and 3.

Kvanefjeld's significance is underpinned by the world's largest JORC-code or NI 43-101 compliant resource of rare earth oxides with substantial resources of uranium and zinc (contained metal inventory of 6.6 Mt total rare earth oxide, 350 Mlbs U3O8, 3 Blbs zinc). Three drill rigs are currently operating on the recently discovered satellite deposits, with the program anticipated to lead to a substantial increase in the project's overall resource base.

Initial studies indicate that Kvanefjeld could be developed as a large-scale multi-commodity mining operation that would have one of the world's largest rare earth production capacities. The diversified revenue streams that would stem from multi-commodity production strengthen the projects economics, and ensure a highly-competitive equivalent cost of rare earth production.

middagpauze begint zo,ja ,namiddag Canada........
haha bericht,
op grondstoffen,

je moet weten,exact, dat ik maar 3 kwartalen heb: Q4 is het jachtseizoen,dus moet mijn tijd goed gebruiken :)
Heb nog nickel draad geopend,zit zelf weer dik jaartje in Anfield maar dat treuzelt al weer lange tijd tussen 5 en 4,
Deze week kwam er wat nws over nickelfondsen op mijn scherm.
